Kristin's dress rings are inspired by the design of a bishop's ring, where a piece of metal is wrapped and formed into a ring shape. She uses fast sketching, cutting, and folding techniques to create magically light rings. The energy of the process is maintained in her material explorations, which aim to achieve a "lyrical spirit". These rings are crafted in copper and finished with a matte black and white enamel paint.
